Refund Policy

Before shipment

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before the kit ships.

After shipment

Because kits include health collection materials, shipped kits are generally not returnable once dispatched. If a kit arrives damaged, contact support within 7 days for replacement review.

Rejected samples

If a sample is rejected due to shipping damage or kit defect, we may offer a replacement kit. If rejection is due to incomplete collection, missed instructions, incorrect labeling, or late return, additional fees may apply.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.
