Shipping Policy

Where we ship

BioLabKit currently supports U.S. shipping where service and lab availability are permitted. Some states may be unavailable or require additional eligibility review.

Outbound shipping

Most kits ship within 1-3 business days after payment authorization and eligibility checks. Delivery times depend on carrier service and destination.

Return shipping

Each kit includes prepaid return packaging for the sample. Return samples promptly and follow all packaging instructions.

Lab turnaround

Result timing begins after the lab receives and accepts the sample. The target for core panels is within 24 hours after sample acceptance.
