Nationwide shipping
BioLabKit serves customers nationwide across the United States. Every complete test panel includes your collection kit and everything needed for at-home collection. A prepaid return envelope is included with your kit. When we confirm your request, we explain the expected dispatch window and any time-sensitive collection instructions before you decide whether to proceed.
Shipping and laboratory timing
Carrier transit time is separate from laboratory processing. Most results are ready within 24–48 hours after our laboratory receives a usable sample. Some specialty tests or sample issues may take longer.
Confirmed orders
Follow the instructions supplied with a confirmed order. Do not collect or return a sample until you receive the instructions that apply to your order.
