Website purpose

This website provides general information about BioLabKit and lets visitors submit consumer, provider, support, and account-help requests. It does not collect payment, provide medical care, or display laboratory results.

Order requests

Submitting a request is not an order, reservation, medical order, or authorization for payment. BioLabKit serves customers nationwide and will separately confirm the selected panel, collection and fulfillment details, shipping, pricing, any applicable additional charges, and the terms that apply before a transaction can occur. You are not obligated to purchase because you submitted a request.

Displayed prices

Displayed panel prices are in U.S. dollars and include subscription and one-time comparisons where shown. Subscription savings compare the displayed recurring price with the displayed one-time price. Recurring enrollment is not yet available; frequency, renewal, billing, cancellation, and account-management terms will be shown before enrollment opens. Every complete test panel includes your collection kit and everything needed for at-home collection. A prepaid return envelope is included with your kit. The request form does not collect payment. BioLabKit confirms the final total and terms before you decide whether to proceed.

Your submissions

Provide accurate contact and request information. Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, medical history, laboratory results, or other health information through public website forms or email.

Nationwide service and result timing

BioLabKit serves customers nationwide across the United States. Most results are ready within 24–48 hours after our laboratory receives a usable sample. Some specialty tests or sample issues may take longer. Shipping time is separate from laboratory processing time.

Website availability

We may change or discontinue website content or request features. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.

Intellectual property

BioLabKit names, logos, text, graphics, and website design may not be copied or used without permission except as allowed by law.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BioLabKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this informational website.
