Use of service

BioLabKit provides professional blood sample collection kits, logistics support, and access to laboratory testing workflows for eligible practices, organizations, and customers. Services are subject to eligibility, state availability, successful sample collection, sample acceptance, and applicable law.

Not emergency care

BioLabKit is not emergency medical care. If you have urgent symptoms or a medical emergency, call emergency services or seek immediate medical care.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Retail, wholesale, invoice, ACH, wire, and card payment terms may vary by account type and order size. Orders are processed only after payment authorization through an approved payment processor or written account approval. We do not store full card numbers on this website.

Sample collection

Customers are responsible for following collection instructions. Samples may be rejected if labeling, volume, timing, shipping condition, or eligibility requirements are not met.

Results

Turnaround estimates begin after the lab receives and accepts a sample. Shipping delays, weekends, holidays, rejected samples, or specialty biomarkers may affect timing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioLabKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or services.
